Once you have purchased tickets you will be emailed your unique barcodes directly.

Barcodes will be scanned directly at the gate.

Tickets are open and can be used on any date until 31st December 2025.

Bookings on Chester Zoo's website can not be made using Kids Pass ticket codes.

Off-Road Adventure Terms and Conditions:

Opening times may vary during the week. 4-6 year old riders must be accompanied by an adult. Combined weight cannot exceed 15.7 stone, adult must be able to sit within the seat and not affect the steering. Accompanying adult will go in free of charge. Single riders must be 7+ years. A 4-6 year old may go in as a passenger with a 7+ rider but both children must pay for a ticket. We reserve the right to challenge age, all drivers must be within the age limits shown above. Spectators will not be allowed onto the track.

Opening times may vary during the week. Children must be under 122cm (Suggested age 2 - 7 years). Each child must be supervised by a responsible adult chaperone at all times on a 1:1 basis whilst exploring the course. Please make sure your little ones wear shoes that are secure and fully enclosed (flipflops, slip-ons, wellies, high heels, open heel or open toe shoes are not allowed).
