Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the visit. Rescheduling is possible up to 2 hours before the visit.
Age Restrictions: Children under 6 are not allowed in the Cat Lounge, and children under 10 are not allowed in the Kitten Lounge. An adult must accompany children aged 6–15 (1 adult per 2 children).
Payment Terms: Java Whiskers is cash-free, and payments must be made via the specified online payment options
Cat Welfare: The health and happiness of the cats is a priority. Cats may be asleep during visits, which is a natural behaviour.
